Kaiut w/ Kerry

Kaiut Yoga is a therapeutic, anatomy-based style of yoga focused on restoring joint mobility, spinal health, and nervous system balance. It was developed by Francisco Kaiut in Brazil and is known for being slow, precise, and highly accessible, even for people with injuries, chronic pain, or limited flexibility.

Slow Flow w/Kristen

10:30am-11:30am

Vinyasa style yoga pairing breath with movement.  Good for beginners or advanced yogis alike!

Vinyasa Flow w/Kristen

A challenging flow type class with a bit of Ashtanga mixed in.  This class is invigorating and unique.  Come check out Theresa for this very special experience!

Yin w/Suzanne

10:30am-11:30am

Join Theresa for a very spiritual and meditative class focusing on holding postures

Slow Flow W/Teri Lee

5:30-6:30pm

Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle, mindful style of vinyasa yoga where movements are paced more slowly than in traditional flow classes. 


Wednesday

Gentle Flow w/Suzanne

10:30am-11:30am

Gentle Yoga is a soothing, accessible style of yoga that focuses on slow movements, simple postures, and mindful breathing. It emphasizes ease over intensity, making it ideal for beginners, older adults, or anyone seeking a calming, low-impact practice. Classes typically include gentle stretches, supportive modifications, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, improve mobility, and cultivate a sense of ease in the body and mind.

4:30pm-5:45pm

6pm-7pm

A true vinyasa style class with that can be modified to any level.  Pairing breath with movement and holding different postures creates a full body workout paired with some breath and meditation.


Thursday

VinYin w/Kristen

10:30am-11:30am

Join Kristen for slow flow where we will hold postures and move thru a series of poses pairing breath with movement.  slower paced class great for beginners or advanced.  A true all levels class.

Flow w/Kayleigh

5:30pm-6:30pm

Vinyasa style class pairing breath with movement.  A faster paced class for those looking to move a bit!


Friday

Yin w/Kristen

10:30am-11:30am

Music, breathwork and meditation paired with a series of Yin poses mostly on your mat.  This class is designed to help you to stay present on your mat.

Power Flow w/Kristen

12pm-1pm

Power yoga is a full body workout intended to push and challenge you.  This class is for the advanced yogi or anyone looking to move!


Saturday

Slow and Gentle Flow w/Jessy Lu

9am-10am

A gentle flow with a bit of a challenge.  A slow vinyasa style class.  A great way to start of your Saturday!


Yin w/Henry

10:30-11:30am

A meditative Yin class designed to keep you present on your mat and in the body.  Tune in to your sprit and move through different shapes on the mat.


Sunday

Vin/Yin with Kristen

10:30am-11:45am

A paring of Yin and slow flow.  We move slowly through sun salutations and flow with breath in mind.  This class begins and ends with yin.
